By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, phone, or in person.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS where applicable.
• Please ensure you arrive on time to receive your full treatment.
Late Arrivals
• Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
• In such cases, the full cost of the treatment may be charged.
3. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours' notice:
• A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost may be charged
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (No Shows):
• May be charged 100% of the treatment cost
Deposits
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits may be transferred to another appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is given
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

• Certain treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to appointment.
• Clients must complete consultation forms accurately and honestly.
• Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation of your appointment.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash
• Must be presented at the time of treatment
• Valid for 6 months • Expired vouchers cannot be accepted

• If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment

We aim to provide a professional and relaxing environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a treatment if a client:
• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Displays inappropriate or disruptive behaviour
• Fails to follow salon policies

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items while on the premises.

Whilst every care is taken, Georginas Beauty and Wellbeing cannot be held liable for:
• Allergic or adverse reactions where consultation information was incomplete
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
